Hi, my name is Caitlin. I am a former Halifax resident and a proud Dalhousie University graduate. I began my professional career in the world of pet sales, where I worked for nearly 15 years as a territorial manager servicing the Toronto and Ottawa markets. 

 

I loved being a small part in helping my clients businesses' grow and succeed, and I learned that in order to achieve success I needed to master my negotiation skills. In my experience, a good negotiation doesn't mean a compromise, a good negotiation means that both parties walk away satisfied. A great negotiation means both parties walk away thrilled.

As a Realtor I believe acting with integrity, honesty and transparency are the keys to building strong relationships.  I believe in bargaining fairly, productively, and forthrightly, in order to secure an outcome that will benefit both parties. This is the path forward in any successful Real Estate negotiation.
